SHMU cooperate on developing of INCA with ZAMG(AT),IMGW(PL), CHMU(CZ)
Nowcasting should be best weather forecast for next 6 hours available at the moment with high spatial resolution (INCA have 1x1 km).
Is importance lies in current uncapability of nwp models (ALADIN, HIRLAM,..) to run short range forecast in such high resolution.
It use all accessible data in the moment of model run. INCA SK run for precipitation every 15 minutes (planed 10 min)
and for other variables (temperature, relative humidity, CAPE ...) every hour.
